Our methodology

Database

Using our extensive database, market intelligence and word of recommendation amongst associates, we have many quality candidates that are actively looking for their next opportunity with us.

We always seek to successfully match suitable candidates in terms of their career history, work expertise and personality to the firms that we represent.

Search

The benefit of employing a search for a specific candidate is that we can use our market knowledge and systematic research to approach the highest quality associates who are not actively on the market.

You will have complete exclusivity during the process in that we will only speak to relevant candidates about your opportunity as opposed to a range of opportunities.

It is a totally transparent service and you will get regular updates throughout the process. This includes a detailed research report. The report includes profiles of interested candidates. These profiles set out an individual’s career path, areas of expertise and recent experience. It also highlights any independent views on their reputation. The report also includes details of all other candidates who are not interested or who are on call-back.

In the research report we also provide an overview of the relevant market and feedback from candidates and other sources, which serves you with vital market intelligence.

After we have met the candidates that seem to match the assignment criteria (and provided them with detailed information about the role), we shortlist the most suitable candidates.

You then begin to interview these candidates, and we continue to support the process all the way through until completion.

Advertising

Advertising can be used in conjunction with our other recruitment methods, or in isolation.

Advertising with us can serve to publicise a specific vacancy and/or successfully raise the profile and awareness of your firm.

We do not make a profit on any advertising and pass on to our client the benefit of discounted rates that we receive from the legal journals and websites.
